Wanderlight was founded by Wendy and Dennis with a simple idea: empower individuals to fulfill their dreams.  

When people are doing what they love, their joy is contagious.  Great leaders bring that joy to work everyday.  Great leaders inspire and empower those who work with them.  Great leaders build a community based on values that make everyone feel safe, included, and will encourage open communication.   Great leaders seek the unvarnished truth and hold themselves accountable for the actions of their organization.  We believe all people have the capacity to be great leaders, and at Wanderlight we want to support leaders through the challenges of building and operating a business.   ​
